NOTIFICATION IS PREVENTION FOUNDATION
This organization mirrors everything I am trying accomplish.  The Notification is Prevention Foundation has set it's goal for 2009 at 
4 million community notification flyers to be mailed out in order to help keep the public aware of sexual offenders in their community.  NIPF works closely with law enforcement and is a driving force behind new legislation to improve sex offender registration and tracking.

Family Watchdog
Family Watchdog is a national sex offender database.  However, a search of one known absconder reveals nothing about the fact that he is currently non-compliant.
